How we check

• We start with the manual for the exact model. It has the last word on where a fridge can go and how much room it needs.
• We haven't tested these fridges. Sizes, temperatures and capacities are the manufacturer's figures, not our measurements.
• We say when we don't know. If the manual leaves something out, or two documents disagree, we tell you and suggest asking the manufacturer.
• AI helps us. Current guides are drafted with AI and checked against these documents. Each guide says at the bottom whether a person has reviewed it.
